개인정보 처리방침

「허니비헥스」(이하 "앱")의 운영자 Zestloom Lab(이하 "운영자")은 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 관련 고충을 빠르게 처리하기 위해 이 처리방침을 정해 공개합니다. 운영자는 게임에 꼭 필요한 최소한의 개인정보만 처리합니다.

1. 개인정보의 처리 목적

운영자는 아래 목적으로만 개인정보를 처리하며, 목적이 바뀌면 법령에 따라 미리 알리고 필요한 경우 동의를 받습니다.

1. 게임 제공: 퍼즐 진행, 힌트·꿀단지 지급, 이 기기와 서버에 진행 상황 저장·복원
2. 랭킹 운영: 아이디와 점수·타임어택 기록 표시, 일간·주간·타임어택 순위 계산, 순위 보상 지급, 순위 갱신 소식(아이디와 기록을 접속 중인 이용자에게 알림), 아이디 중복 확인
3. 유료 상품 처리: 광고 제거 구매 확인·복원, 환불과 문의 대응
4. 광고: 광고 표시, 보상형 광고 보상 지급, 광고 부정 이용 방지, (동의한 경우) 맞춤형 광고
5. 서비스 개선과 안전: 이용 통계·오류 분석, 점수 조작 등 부정 이용 방지

2. 처리하는 개인정보 항목과 법적 근거

가. 동의 없이 처리하는 항목

나. 동의를 받아 처리하는 항목 (선택)

맞춤형 광고는 처음 실행할 때 따로 묻고, 동의하지 않아도 게임을 똑같이 이용할 수 있습니다. 결제는 Google Play가 처리하며, 운영자는 카드번호·계좌번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.

3. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

1. 앱은 처음 실행할 때 만 14세 이상인지 묻습니다.
2. 만 14세 미만이라고 답하면 법정대리인 동의가 필요한 기능(아이디 만들기, 랭킹 참여, Google 로그인)을 제공하지 않습니다. 그래서 법정대리인의 개인정보도 받지 않습니다.
3. 만 14세 미만 이용자에게는 맞춤형 광고를 하지 않으며, 광고 사업자에게 아동 대상 이용임을 알리고 전체 이용가 광고만 요청합니다.
4. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 동의 없이 처리된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

5. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

보유 기간이 끝나거나 목적을 이룬 개인정보는 서버의 자동 삭제 설정(TTL) 또는 운영자 확인을 거쳐 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 종이 문서로는 개인정보를 보관하지 않습니다. 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 정보는 다른 정보와 분리해 보관합니다.

6. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자의 별도 동의가 있거나 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우는 예외입니다. 광고와 관련해 Google이 앱 안에서 직접 수집하는 정보는 8항에서 안내합니다.

7. 개인정보 처리업무의 위탁과 국외 이전

운영자는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리업무를 위탁하며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다. 운영자는 수탁자의 서비스 약관(데이터 처리 조건)을 통해 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하는지 관리·감독합니다.

8. 제3자가 수집하는 행태정보 (광고)

앱은 광고를 보여주기 위해 Google이 아래 정보를 앱 안에서 직접 수집하도록 허용합니다. 운영자는 이 정보를 받지 않으며, 이용자의 다른 정보와 결합하지 않습니다.

Google의 보유 기간과 처리 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

거부 방법

• 앱에서: 설정 → 맞춤형 광고 → OFF. 관심사와 관계없는 광고만 나옵니다.
• 휴대폰에서 (Android): 설정 → 보안 및 개인정보 보호 → 개인정보 보호 → 기타 개인정보 설정 → 광고 → 광고 ID 재설정 또는 삭제 (기종·버전에 따라 메뉴 이름이 다를 수 있음)
• 광고 제거 상품을 사면 레벨 사이 광고가 나오지 않습니다(보상형 광고는 원할 때만).

9. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

• 접근 통제: 서버 보안 규칙으로 이용자 본인만 자신의 진행 정보와 랭킹 기록을 쓰거나 지울 수 있게 합니다.
• 암호화: 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화하고, 서버 저장 정보도 암호화됩니다.
• 관리자 계정 보호: 운영자의 관리 계정에 2단계 인증을 적용합니다.
• 최소 처리: 이름·전화번호·결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.

10. 개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부

게임 진행은 휴대폰 안의 앱 저장 공간에 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. 이용 통계를 위해 Firebase Analytics가 앱 안 저장 공간(쿠키)에 무작위 식별자를 저장하며, 이 식별자는 이름 등 다른 정보와 결합하지 않고 광고 맞춤 기능에 쓰지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. 광고 SDK의 자동 수집은 8항을 참고하세요.

11. 가명정보 처리와 자동화된 결정

운영자는 가명정보를 처리하지 않으며, 이용자의 권리나 의무에 중대한 영향을 미치는 자동화된 결정을 하지 않습니다. 랭킹 순위와 보상은 공개된 규칙(점수 순)에 따라 정해집니다.

12. 이용자와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법

1. 이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구하거나 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.
2. 앱에서 직접: 설정 → 진행 상황 저장 → 계정 삭제를 누르면 서버의 진행 정보, 랭킹 기록, 아이디, 로그인 계정이 바로 삭제됩니다. 아이디는 정한 뒤 바꿀 수 없으며, 계정을 삭제하면 반납됩니다.
3. 맞춤형 광고 동의는 설정 → 맞춤형 광고에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
4. 이메일로: 13항의 개인정보 보호책임자에게 요청하면 10일 이내에 조치하고 결과를 알려 드립니다. 대리인을 통한 요청은 위임장이 필요합니다.
5. 법령에서 보존하도록 정한 정보는 삭제를 요구할 수 없으며, 다른 사람의 권리를 침해할 우려가 있는 경우 등 법령에 따라 요구가 제한될 수 있습니다.
6. 이용자는 다른 사람의 정보를 도용하거나 아이디에 다른 사람의 개인정보를 넣어서는 안 됩니다.

15. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 앱 안에서 알립니다. 수집 항목이나 이전받는 자가 바뀌는 등 이용자 권리에 중요한 변경은 30일 전부터 알립니다. 이전 처리방침은 아래 변경 이력에서 볼 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: [Month] [Day], 2026

Zestloom Lab (the "Operator"), who runs Honeybee Hex (the "App"), protects your personal information under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We process only the minimum information the game needs.

1. Purposes

Providing the game and saving progress; running rankings (showing IDs, scores and Time Attack records, ranking rewards, announcing new top records with the ID and record to players online, checking ID uniqueness); handling Remove Ads purchases, restores, refunds, and inquiries; showing ads, giving ad rewards, preventing ad fraud, and (with consent) personalized ads; usage and error analysis and preventing abuse such as score manipulation.

2. Information and legal basis

Without consent: anonymous account ID, level/score/items, device model, OS, app version, language, access time, and error logs (contract performance, PIPA Art. 15(1)4); ranking ID, best daily/weekly scores, Time Attack best times (weekly and legend), time of record, if you create an ID (contract performance); email, name, and profile photo URL received from Google plus saved progress, if you use Google sign-in (contract performance); Google Play order number, product, and purchase time (legal obligation under Korea's E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act); IP address, device information, and ad viewing records collected by Google's ad SDK to show ads that keep the game free and to prevent fraud (legitimate interest, Art. 15(1)6).

With your consent (optional): advertising ID and app/ad activity for personalized ads (Art. 15(1)1). We ask at first launch, and saying no changes nothing in the game. We never receive card or bank details.

3. Children under 14

The App asks your age at first launch. If you are under 14, features that need a parent's consent (ID, rankings, Google sign-in) are not offered, so we collect no parent information. We never show personalized ads to children under 14; we tell the ad provider the user is a child and request general-audience ads only. If we learn a child's information was processed without consent, we delete it without delay.

4. Retention

Ranking records: 1 year after the period ends, or immediately on account deletion. Time Attack legend records (all-time bests): until account deletion. Record announcements: only the latest one is kept and is overwritten by the next. ID registration, saved progress, and sign-in account: until account deletion; saved progress unused for 3 years is deleted. Progress on your phone and your ad consent choice: until you uninstall (or withdraw consent). Purchase records: 5 years; complaint and dispute records: 3 years (Korean consumer protection law).

5. Deletion

Expired information is deleted without delay through automatic server deletion (TTL) or by the Operator, in a way that cannot be recovered. We keep no paper records.

6. Provision to third parties

We do not provide your information to third parties unless you separately agree or a law requires it. Information Google collects directly inside the App for ads is described in section 8.

7. Service providers and international transfer

Google LLC (support.google.com/policies) processes information on our behalf for sign-in (Firebase Authentication), storing rankings, IDs, and progress (Cloud Firestore, stored in Seoul, Korea), analytics and error reports (Firebase Analytics), and payments (Google Play). The information in section 2 (without consent) is transferred over the network while you use the App to the United States and other countries where Google operates, and kept for the periods in section 4 or until the contract ends. Legal basis: PIPA Art. 28-8(1)3 (outsourcing needed to perform the contract, disclosed in this policy). To minimize transfer, do not sign in or create an ID; to refuse it entirely, stop using the App and delete your account (rankings and cloud save will then be unavailable).

8. Behavioral information collected by a third party (ads)

Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google LLC, USA) collects your advertising ID, IP address, device information, and app/ad activity inside the App to show ads, confirm rewards, measure and prevent ad fraud, and, only for users 14+ who agreed, personalize ads. We do not receive or combine this information. Google keeps it under the Google Privacy Policy. To opt out: in the App, Settings → Personalized ads → OFF; on Android, Settings → Security and privacy → Privacy → Other privacy settings → Ads → reset or delete advertising ID (menu names vary by device).

9. Security

Server security rules let only you write or delete your own records; all traffic uses HTTPS and stored data is encrypted; our admin account uses two-step verification; we do not collect names, phone numbers, or payment details.

10. Automatic collection tools

Game progress is stored in the App's storage on your phone and removed when you uninstall. For usage statistics, Firebase Analytics stores a random identifier in the App's storage (a cookie); it is not combined with other information and is not used for ad personalization, and it is removed when you uninstall. See section 8 for the ad SDK.

11. Pseudonymized information and automated decisions

We do not process pseudonymized information or make automated decisions that significantly affect your rights. Rankings and rewards follow published rules (score order).

12. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing, or withdraw consent, at any time. Settings → Save progress → Delete account immediately deletes your saved progress, ranking records, ID, and sign-in account; your ID cannot be changed once set and is released on deletion. Withdraw ad consent in Settings → Personalized ads. You can also email us (section 13) and we will respond within 10 days; requests through an agent need a power of attorney. Some requests may be limited where the law requires us to keep information. Please do not use someone else's information or put personal information in your ID.
